  I've been with this branch since 2012. Recently, I've had two HORRIBLE experiences here with the Indian woman who is appalling. She is a nightmare to deal with, instead of explaining the answer she just repeats things at escalated volume over and over. I've had numerous problems with US Bank and whenever I come in here to figure things out, this woman infuriates me and is of ZERO help. She was so nasty and rude today that I spur of the moment closed my accounts and decided to go elsewhere. The issue was an overdraft fee I incurred after an erroneous charge occurred on my account. On my statement, it shows another deposit bringing my account to a positive the SAME DAY of the OD charge. This woman had the audacity to say I should be "better with my finances". After she said that, I was absolutely done. Closed account. DO NOT g GO HERE!
