  I worked with Jen, Alright, so I went here because I haven't done my taxes in forever. Want to make sure I had filed correctly due to being in the national guard. Well, i was charged 150 upfront. For just 10 min of an accounts time. Gave them 3 piece of papers that had all my information on it. 4 weeks later they are asking my for another 90 dollars to file. I Know if I had a complex return I understand it takes work. Sadly, It was a standard return I took me 20min to do on turbotax. The account called me back apparently it took 3 other people to do my very simple tax return (a standard one) also they like to charge people to put them I their own systems. So 4 people to do a standard tax return. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Sad how busniess like this one like to take advantage of people just because. Use turbotax much simpler and they have a cpa on call to help you with question at a fraction of the cost.
